Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer - AML/Sanctions Risk Assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the AML and Sanctions Risk Assessment process, providing guidance on regulatory compliance
• Conduct end-to-end process reviews and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data, prepare reports, and support special projects related to compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape at federal and state levels
• Ability to research and interpret laws and regulations from government sources
• Experience with GRC tools and regulatory inventory management
• Preferred qualifications include compliance certifications (CRCM, ACAMS) or a law degree
