Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Oversight Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct monitoring and oversight activities on a portfolio of Agent/Distributors
Provide clear reports on findings and escalate risks
Assist in ensuring compliance with regulations for all supported customers

Required Qualifications:

Experience in managing direct reports, including remote workers
Experience in Compliance, Audit, and Quality Assurance within a regulated environment
Understanding of UK regulations covering EMI, anti-money laundering, fraud, and governance
Excellent working knowledge of FCA and KYB/KYC requirements
Experience in planning and implementing compliance and/or audit action plans
