Senior Compliance Oversight Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the integrity and governance of corporate ethics and compliance programs, the full-time Senior Compliance Oversight Specialist will manage contract lifecycle processes, conduct audits of vendor relationships, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with government-sponsored healthcare programs in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management of the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks
• Conduct reviews, audits, and assessments of vendor relationships to ensure adherence to compliance requirements
• Communicate state and federal regulatory updates impacting Medicaid and Marketplace regulatory filings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Managed Care/Health Insurance with knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
• 2+ years of project oversight experience with demonstrated ability to drive implementation
• 2+ years of experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations
• HealthCare Compliance (CHC) certification preferred
