Senior Compliance Professional
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Quality Compliance Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and complete annual quality reviews and research
- Complete medical records reviews for Hybrid and Supplemental data, analyzing and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Influence department strategy and make decisions on technical approaches for project components
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Quality HEDIS and supplemental experience
- RN license
- 2+ years of education, training, and/or mentoring experience
- Prior experience in working with quality metrics in insurance or healthcare settings
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
