Senior Compliance Professional

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for new legal and regulatory requirements
• Research compliance issues and recommend changes to ensure adherence to new compliance obligations
• Maintain relationships with internal departments to create uniform impact assessment and resolution approaches

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory law, compliance, audit, consulting, and/or risk management
• Demonstrated ability to run large-scale, highly-visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
• Demonstrated ability to analyze regulatory requirements and assist business areas with understanding impacts of requirements on their operations
• Knowledge/understanding of laws and regulations governed by the Department of Insurance and other regulatory agencies
