Senior Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager responsible for compliance governance and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a compliance oversight program aligned with client standards and regulatory obligations
• Monitor performance against compliance KPIs and ensure subcontractor/vendor compliance
• Act as the primary point-of-contact for compliance communication with clients and prepare compliance reports

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance Management, Program Management, or Risk Management
• Experience in a regulated operational environment such as data centers or critical infrastructure
• Strong understanding of audit readiness and compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across technical and operational teams
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale clients with strict operational standards
