Job Summary

To support a growing recruiting team, the full-time Senior Compliance Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Legal professionals, employing innovative sourcing techniques and partnering with leadership in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's values and business model to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to design interview processes and proactively network to source qualified candidates
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion in hiring practices while providing an exceptional candidate experience
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 7+ years in a talent or HR-related function
  • Experience recruiting for niche roles in Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Legal sectors
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills for engaging talent proactively
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse
