Key Responsibilities

• Support issues management, policy governance, and third-party risk management
• Enable effective governance by preparing materials for compliance forums and assisting with regulatory exams
• Build scalable workflows by designing processes and identifying improvements in governance standards

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, governance, audit, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with compliance management system components
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Comfort working across multiple workstreams and with senior stakeholders
• Ability to build structure and processes in a fast-paced environment
