Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Risk Manager - Ethics Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and build the Ethics & Conduct program, including designing and implementing various ethics-related initiatives
• Create practical, auditable processes for ethics-related matters, including intake and documentation workflows
• Develop employee-facing guidance and training to effectively communicate ethics and conduct expectations

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in compliance, risk, ethics, governance, or related roles within fintechs or regulated environments
• Hands-on experience building or operating ethics, conduct, or governance programs
• Strong judgment in handling sensitive and high-stakes situations
• Ability to independently develop and drive programs forward without dedicated engineering support
