Senior Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compliance Specialist - Compliance Advisor (All Levels).

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts complex investigations involving significant legal risks, including fraud and regulatory compliance
• Designs, implements, and monitors compliance-related programs and training for internal customers
• Collaborates with various departments to enhance corporate compliance objectives and assesses vendor compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
• Eight years of experience in compliance, analytics, audit, or investigative roles required
• Ten years of experience in compliance or a related area preferred, with a focus on program development
• Knowledge of current compliance best practices and regulatory changes
• Experience in conducting investigations and drafting reports
