Senior Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage IT SOX compliance work streams, including planning and risk assessment
• Develop and maintain IT standards and control recommendations for SOX adherence
• Coordinate audits and manage information flow between control owners and audit personnel

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of technical IT audit and/or advisory experience
• Experience supporting IT SOX audit engagements and understanding of SOX requirements
• Knowledge of IT general controls (ITGC) and business process controls related to financial reporting
• Familiarity with industry-standard IT frameworks and regulations (e.g., COSO, COBIT, NIST CSF)
• Possession of a CISA, CIA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification (or in progress)
