Senior Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance and Vendor Management Oversight Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the governance of corporate ethics and compliance programs and oversee regulatory compliance practices
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks
• Conduct audits and assessments of vendor relationships to ensure adherence to compliance requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Master's Degree or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Managed Care/Health Insurance with knowledge of relevant legal frameworks required
• 2+ years of project oversight experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in reading and interpreting State and Federal laws preferred
