Senior Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Compliance Corrections Specialist will participate in the corrections process across all lines of business, managing compliance issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing corrective action plans to ensure compliance with government-sponsored health care programs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with compliance and business stakeholders to conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans for non-compliance issues
• Reviews progress towards remediation, documenting key milestones in the GRC tool
• Identifies and escalates issues requiring timely resolution through established processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Managed Care/Health Insurance or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Managed Care/Health Insurance or related fields
• Experience with data analytics preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills preferred
• Certified in HealthCare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
