Senior Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end customs entry exception management, the full-time Senior Compliance Specialist will manage daily operational tasks, troubleshoot clearance issues, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily entry monitoring activities, addressing rejected entries and documentation discrepancies
• Lead cancellation and replacement entry workflows to ensure compliance and minimize operational risk
• Investigate payment failures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customs clearance performance

Required qualifications

• Experience in Trade Compliance and/or the Supply Chain industry, such as a customs agent/officer or compliance specialist
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and data cleansing techniques
