Senior Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end customs entry exception management, the full-time Senior Compliance Specialist will manage daily operational tasks, troubleshoot clearance issues, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily entry monitoring activities, including addressing rejected entries and documentation discrepancies
• Lead cancellation and replacement entry workflows, coordinating corrections with customs officials to ensure compliance
• Support statement authorization and duty payment operations by investigating payment failures and collaborating with finance and tech teams

Required qualifications

• Experience in Trade Compliance and/or Supply Chain industry, such as customs agent/officer or compliance specialist
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and data cleansing techniques
