Senior Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Compliance Specialist, the successful candidate will manage compliance program elements, investigate credit reporting disputes, and translate regulatory changes into actionable guidance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage key elements of the Compliance Program, including monitoring, testing, and policy development
• Conduct investigations related to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) and oversee credit bureau reporting accuracy
• Monitor new state and federal legislation, preparing implementation plans for regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in Regulatory Compliance or a related function within a regulated consumer financial services environment
• Strong knowledge of consumer financial services laws and regulations, including TILA, FCRA, and Bank Secrecy Act requirements
• Experience in designing and implementing compliance controls and evaluating their effectiveness
• Professional certifications such as CCEP, CRCM, CIA, or CAMS are preferred
