Senior Compliance Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as the primary compliance subject matter resource, the full-time Senior Compliance Systems Analyst will evaluate regulatory requirements, conduct analysis, and support the implementation of compliance-related changes within the loan origination system in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate regulatory requirements and translate them into business, system, and procedural requirements for stakeholders
- Own assigned compliance-related changes from initial analysis through implementation and validation
- Document requirements, findings, and implementation outcomes to support audit and internal review needs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in compliance or a related field
- Experience with mortgage compliance requirements and operational processes
- Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS) and related workflow management tools
- Experience in performing regulatory research and compliance analysis within financial services environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Operations teams
