Senior Compliance Testing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Testing Analyst - Consumer Protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute compliance testing and issue validation to ensure adherence to consumer protection laws and regulations
• Lead testing engagements and provide oversight and coaching to team members
• Collaborate with various departments to assess processes and controls, and report findings to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4 years' relevant work experience in Compliance, Audit, Business, Finance, Technology, or Risk Management
• Experience in testing or auditing business lines such as Mortgage, Consumer Lending, or Retail Deposits
• Demonstrated coaching experience
• Ability to understand and interpret relevant laws and regulations
