Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage trouble tickets to resolve user problems
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and instant messaging for various IT issues
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and drive solutions for issues affecting the IT environment
Required Qualifications
  • Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain it
  • ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification (to be obtained within 120 days of hire)
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-9 years of work experience, including 1 year of Windows desktop support
  • Experience with remote tools and industry-standard software products
