- Provide technical support via phone, email, and instant messaging for various IT issues
- Collaborate with teams to identify and drive solutions for issues affecting the IT environment
Required Qualifications
- Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain it
- ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification (to be obtained within 120 days of hire)
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- 4-9 years of work experience, including 1 year of Windows desktop support
- Experience with remote tools and industry-standard software products
