Senior Computer Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Providing solution architecture for the MuleSoft implementation in NAVSUP AWS GovCloud, the full-time salaried Senior Computer Systems Engineer will manage cross-platform design, security architecture, and CI/CD practices while coordinating engineering activities from architecture through production sustainment in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high-availability architecture recommendations and agile prototypes, including network design and capacity considerations
• Lead the Everything as Code approach across various technical domains, ensuring artifacts are reproducible and compliant with Government standards
• Coordinate RMF/ATO compliance activities and guide MuleSoft API architecture and operational readiness across the engineering team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related technical field preferred
• 7 years of hands-on Informatica experience and 10 years of senior-level experience with AWS or AWS GovCloud
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, security, and disaster recovery strategies
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Current DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II baseline certification required at the start of performance
