Job Summary

Senior Computer Systems Validation Specialist, an experienced professional providing comprehensive business and systems support for software applications and laboratory instrumentation in a contract, remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end validation support for new software releases and application modifications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Execute test scripts and manage test data environments to ensure system reliability and adherence to regulatory standards
• Cross-train and mentor junior team members while participating in multidisciplinary project teams to enhance system performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in computer systems validation, software testing, or laboratory informatics
• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and clinical trials operational processes
• Solid knowledge of computer systems validation (CSV) regulations and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs)
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn specialized laboratory or clinical software quickly
