Senior Computer Vision Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the computer vision system for construction documents, the full-time Senior Computer Vision Engineer will design and improve detection and segmentation pipelines, optimize document ingestion processes, and ensure reliable predictions from messy real-world data in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance end-to-end detection and segmentation pipelines for document images
• Integrate modern detection and segmentation models into production workflows while optimizing latency and reliability
• Own training infrastructure, dataset curation, and continuous improvement loops for system quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building computer vision systems, particularly in detection and segmentation
• Experience with messy, real-world image data or large unstructured visual datasets
• Strong understanding of detection and segmentation tradeoffs, including model architecture and post-processing
• Backend engineering experience, including APIs and scalable GPU services
• Familiarity with multimodal models and document AI systems
