Senior Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr System Configuration Analyst who will support the delivery of IT services by managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Configuration Management System (CMS) and lead CMDB upgrades and lifecycle management
• Serve as the liaison between IT service teams and business owners to align configuration data with business processes
• Define and enforce ITIL Configuration Management processes to ensure an accurate and trusted CMDB

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a ServiceNow CMDB environment
• Understanding of service mapping concepts and business service relationships
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and container technologies (Kubernetes or OpenShift)
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, or 7+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience in a related field
