Senior Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Configuration Analyst to join their configuration team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze benefit plan documents to build benefit categories and adjudication rules for claims processing
• Lead the configuration team by supporting training, process development, and quality assurance
• Provide support for cross-functional teams during implementations and develop solutions for plan variations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience configuring accumulators and benefit plans or related experience in payer business logic
• 5+ years of experience as a claims examiner, coder, or related experience with medical claims data
• Experience with adjudication processes and health plan information systems
• Knowledge of self-funded and level-funded plan designs
• Ability to manage time, set priorities, and work independently
