Senior Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Strategic Configuration Analyst to work remotely, this full-time position is responsible for technical validation and testing of configuration logic to ensure accurate claim payments within a Medicare Advantage plan.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and execute comprehensive test plans to validate member benefits and provider contract terms
• Develop complex, scenario-based testing models to simulate real-world medical encounters
• Collaborate with management to analyze failed tests and assess the impact of configuration logic deviations

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage or healthcare plan configuration and testing
• Strong hands-on experience with HealthEdge HRP and Source
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end claim lifecycle and operationalization of provider contracts
• Proficiency in identifying edge cases in complex reimbursement logic
• Passion for leveraging technology and data-driven insights for operational precision
