Senior Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting configuration, change, and release management services in a federal IT/OT environment, the contract-to-hire Senior Configuration Analyst will manage the full change lifecycle and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Log, track, and maintain all IT/OT changes and associated artifacts throughout the full change lifecycle
• Produce and maintain change records, configuration records, release notes, and approval documentation to ensure transparency and compliance
• Perform complex change analysis and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in configuration, change, or release management
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience maintaining a CMDB in a federal IT environment
• Have or have previously held a Public Trust clearance
