Senior Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

To support configuration, change, and release management services within a federal IT/OT environment, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage the full change lifecycle remotely, ensuring configuration integrity and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Log, track, and maintain all IT/OT changes and associated artifacts throughout the full change lifecycle
• Produce and maintain change records, configuration records, release notes, and approval documentation to ensure transparency and compliance
• Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) as the authoritative source for configuration items, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with approved changes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in configuration, change, or release management
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience maintaining a CMDB in a federal IT environment
• Have or have previously held a Public Trust clearance
