Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage cloud migration, develop and maintain software configuration management tools, and ensure compliant build and deployment processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support VA applications and lead the migration to the cloud
- Develop and maintain software configuration management tools for both internally developed and COTS software products
- Train software developers on CM tools and implement software quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering within large, regulated enterprises
- Deep expertise in CI/CD tools and source control systems
- Experience with scripting for automation using languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- U.S. Citizenship required, with eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
