Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage software configuration management tools, oversee cloud migration, and ensure compliance with build and deployment processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software configuration management tools for both internal and COTS products
- Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to document and ensure compliance with software products
- Train software developers on configuration management tools and implement software quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience leading complex software builds and releases in regulated environments
- Deep expertise in software configuration management and release engineering practices
- Experience with CI/CD tools and scripting for automation, including Bash, PowerShell, and Python
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
