Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage cloud migration, develop software configuration management tools, and ensure compliant build and deployment processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the migration of VA applications to the cloud and maintain software configuration management tools
- Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to document and ensure compliance of software products
- Train software developers on configuration management tools and best practices while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in leading complex software builds and releases in regulated environments
- Deep expertise in software configuration management and release engineering practices
- Experience with CI/CD tools and scripting for automation
- U.S. citizenship and ability to qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
