Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Configuration Analyst will support VA applications, lead cloud migration efforts, and develop software configuration management tools while ensuring compliance with software quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support the migration of VA applications to the cloud and manage software configuration management tools
- Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to document software product parameters and ensure compliance
- Design and implement build procedures to support software product development and train developers on configuration management tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering within large, regulated enterprises
- Deep expertise in CI/CD tools and source control systems, such as Git and Azure DevOps
- Experience with scripting for automation using languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance and be a U.S. citizen
