Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Configuration Analyst will support VA applications, lead cloud migration efforts, and develop software configuration management tools to enhance software delivery and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support the migration of VA applications to the cloud and develop configuration management tools
- Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to document software parameters and ensure compliance
- Train software developers on configuration management tools and best practices while providing technical guidance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering within regulated environments
- Expertise in CI/CD tools, source control systems, and scripting for automation
- Knowledge of software quality standards and experience managing commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
