Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage cloud migration efforts, develop and maintain configuration management tools, and ensure compliant software build processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the migration of VA applications to the cloud and develop software configuration management tools
- Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to document and ensure compliance with software product parameters
- Design, automate, and maintain productivity tools to enhance software modeling and development processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Deep expertise in software configuration management and release engineering within regulated environments
- Experience with CI/CD tools and scripting for automation (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Proficiency with source control systems and branching/merging strategies
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
