Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage cloud migration efforts, develop software configuration management tools, and ensure compliant build and deployment processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support VA applications and lead cloud migration initiatives
- Develop and maintain software configuration management tools for internal and external software products
- Train software developers on configuration management tools and software quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering
- Expertise in CI/CD tools and scripting for automation (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Experience with source control systems and branching/merging strategies
- U.S. Citizenship required for this position
