Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications and spearhead cloud migration, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will develop and maintain software configuration management tools, perform release engineering tasks, and provide technical guidance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the migration of VA applications to the cloud and maintain software configuration management tools
- Design and implement build procedures and develop software configuration standards for company-wide use
- Train software developers on configuration management tools and lead junior analysts in best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in software configuration management and release engineering within large, regulated environments
- Deep expertise in CI/CD tools and source control systems
- Experience with scripting for automation using languages such as Bash, PowerShell, and Python
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
