Senior Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs applications, the full-time Senior Configuration Analyst will manage software configuration management tools, oversee cloud migration, and ensure compliant build and deployment processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software configuration management tools for both internal and external software products
- Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to document and ensure compliance with standard hardware configurations
- Train software developers on configuration management tools and implement software quality standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in leading complex software builds and releases across multiple environments
- Deep expertise in software configuration management and release engineering
- Experience with CI/CD tools and scripting for automation
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust security clearance
