Senior Configuration Management

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team, the full-time Senior Configuration Management will ensure correct configuration items are assembled for application builds and released to appropriate environments, while managing the release schedule and facilitating communication between project personnel and stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the assembly of configuration items and manage the release schedule to ensure timely deployments
• Review project status reports, modify schedules, and ensure compliance with documented configuration management standards
• Coordinate activities of project personnel, ensuring all issues are logged, monitored, and resolved effectively

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in Configuration Management, Build, and Release Management
• Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, ServiceNow, OneNote, Jira, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in environment integration or database conversion management related to release management
• Knowledge of operational readiness, version definition, and lessons learned reviews
• Ability to support Configuration Status Accounting and Reporting for project releases
