Senior Conflicts Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Conflicts Analyst will review new business opportunities, conduct conflict checks, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies while managing sensitive information.

Key responsibilities

• Reviewing new business opportunities to determine engagement acceptance and handling clearances for defined portfolios
• Conducting timely and accurate reviews of potential conflict concerns and escalating issues to leadership as necessary
• Communicating conflict analysis summaries to internal teams and facilitating the resolution of legal and business issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related business field
• 3+ years of experience as an analyst in a conflicts or new business intake function within a law, auditing, financial, or consulting firm
• Extensive familiarity with the legal field and legal terminology
• Ability to work as a team player and adapt quickly in a high-pressure environment
• Computer proficiency with a capacity to learn new systems and software quickly
