Senior Conflicts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Conflicts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze all new business to identify conflicts of interest
• Facilitate resolution of conflicts issues and maintain accurate records of resolutions
• Support conflicts review for lateral hires and mentor junior staff in conflicts analysis

Qualifications:

• JD and/or a minimum of 10+ years of conflicts experience in a law firm setting
• Demonstrated ability to make effective recommendations for conflict resolution
• Strong legal research skills and knowledge of ethics and conflicts best practices
• Experience with conflict checking software is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and manage tight project deadlines
