Job Summary
To support the Connection Center team, the full-time Senior Connection Advisor will manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and verify patient information while working remotely during weekdays.
Key responsibilities
- Answers calls, prioritizes inquiries, and schedules, cancels, or reschedules appointments for patients
- Handles complex scheduling and captures patient demographic and insurance information accurately
- Mentors new team members and participates in process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Two years of customer service experience in a call center, preferably in the medical industry
- Six months of experience as a Connection Advisor Intermediate or equivalent specialized clinic operational experience
- One year of remote work experience
- Two years of data look-up/data entry experience
