Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Construction Defect Technical Claims Specialist who will adjudicate complex construction defect claims, manage litigation processes, and report on claims trends while working remotely or from select office locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Adjudicate high-complexity construction defect claims with minimal oversight
• Conduct thorough investigations and analyses to determine policy coverage and claim validity
• Prepare documentation and reports while managing claims to achieve optimal financial outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum seven years of experience in adjudicating construction defect claims with exposure of $100,000 or more
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in commercial general liability claims
• Licenses in multiple jurisdictions, with the ability to obtain additional licenses within three months of hire
• Strong understanding of claims reserving techniques and business acumen related to insurance operations
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and excellent written and verbal communication skills
