Job Summary

Joining a collaborative team, the full-time Senior Construction Cost Specialist will research, develop, and maintain discipline-specific construction cost data, focusing on new construction, renovation, maintenance, and life cycle costs in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Research, develop, validate, and maintain construction cost data across various disciplines
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to unify cost data efforts
• Implement current trends and technologies into cost data development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience (or 15 years without a degree)
• Field experience in construction cost estimating within civil, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC disciplines
• Expert-level knowledge of construction practices, equipment, and materials
• Proficiency in Windows-based and Cloud-based software programs
• Good writing and verbal communication skills
