Job Summary
A specialty insurance and reinsurance company has a current position open for a Senior Construction Defect Technical Claims Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing Construction Defect claims of the highest complexity
- Investigating claims promptly and thoroughly
- Preparing reports for file documentation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel, sometimes overnight, approximately 10% of the time
- 10+ years’ experience adjudicating construction defect claims
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years additional experience
- Possess or have ability to quickly obtain a license in each jurisdiction requiring a license
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
