Senior Construction Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the delivery of new telecommunications networks, the remote Senior Construction Engineer will oversee vendor engagement, project execution, and cross-functional team leadership to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Defines and reviews comprehensive plans for large, complex projects, including resource requirements, project costs, and risk assessments
• Leads cross-functional teams in planning and executing large projects, establishing clear accountabilities for vendors
• Drives timely project completion by prioritizing workloads and managing internal schedules effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant job experience in telecommunications or civil engineering
• Knowledge of ISP and OSP engineering standards and practices, including Outside Plant construction
• Experience with the full life cycle of ISP, OSP, and/or civil projects
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders in project management
