Senior Construction Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Construction Estimator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform estimating activities for various project types and delivery methods
• Review project plans and specifications in detail
• Coordinate with estimating team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure comprehensive coverage of contract scope

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of field and/or estimating experience in heavy civil construction
• Understanding of heavy civil contracting business and construction contract documents
• Ability to perform quantity takeoffs and develop comprehensive estimates
• Experience with estimating software and project controls
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
