Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Real Estate Construction Loan Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the construction draw process for a portfolio of loans, collaborating with stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements
• Reviews loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations, and communicates deficiencies to relevant parties
• Assists management with complex transactions, monitors daily activities, and provides expert direction to less experienced associates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with no experience in loan documentation prep or review, or a High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of relevant experience
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business
• Experience in financial services construction loans and budget management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
• Intermediate Excel experience and strong customer service skills
