Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Construction Manager for New Store Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex construction projects from design through grand opening, ensuring accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and delivery outcomes
• Develop and oversee project strategies, schedules, and budgets, ensuring milestones and targets are met
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align project delivery and resolve dependencies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, or architecture/design experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Preferred degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or a related STEM field
