A company is looking for a Senior Construction Manager to oversee project execution and ensure contractor compliance with budget, schedule, quality, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide client advisory oversight throughout the project execution lifecycle
• Conduct periodic site visits to verify construction progress and quality of work
• Review contractor work plans and assess quality control procedures and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience as a consultant is preferred
• CMP certification is preferred
• Experience level: Experienced
