Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Construction Manager for New Store Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex construction projects from design through grand opening, ensuring accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and delivery
• Oversee design and engineering phases, including evaluations, partner selection, contract negotiations, and procurement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align project needs and resolve dependencies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, or architecture/design experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
