Job Summary

Managing a diverse portfolio of construction projects, the full-time Senior Construction Manager will oversee project planning, contractor selection, and budget management while working remotely to ensure successful delivery of engineering and construction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manages construction projects within the Program Director's portfolio, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations
• Secures necessary project entitlements and permits while representing the owner at public hearings and neighborhood meetings
• Maintains accurate project documentation, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates and identifying risks proactively

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Construction Management, Architectural Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 11 years of experience in Construction Management, Design Engineering Management, or Architectural Management
• Proven experience managing due diligence and permitting for multiple buildings and site development projects
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
